With the massive success of books like Harry Potter and Twilight, the public at large has a renewed interest in reading. While many have taken this as a cue to take a crack at the literary classics many people find them rather daunting and difficult. Many people read Dickens or Austen and become turned off by the complex language and scenarios that are difficult to relate to. Well now there is a series of books that add a humorous modern twist to famous classics. They are known as the Quirk Books Series. Starting out of the gates running with the now infamous Pride & Prejudice & Zombies, Quirk Books have made Jane Austen (or at least a facsimile of Jane Austin) something you might actually find on the book shelf of your standard teenage boy rather than just girls pining for Mr. Darcy.
